Exercise physiology and injury rehabilitation on the Sunshine Coast.
Individualised rehabilitation to help you move beyond pain, rebuild strength and return to the activities that matter.

Whether you're managing persistent pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve your strength and mobility, exercise physiology can help you work towards your goals.
I provide individualised, evidence-based rehabilitation for people of different ages, abilities and activity levels.
Understand your pain, improve how you move and build confidence in everyday activities
Develop the physical capacity to handle the demands of work, exercise and everyday life.
Work towards getting back to the activities you enjoy, whether that's sport, training, work or time with family.
We start by understanding your symptoms, movement, goals and what matters to you. Together, we'll develop a rehabilitation plan tailored to your needs.
We'll use progressive, individualised exercise to rebuild your strength, improve movement and develop the capacity for everyday life, work and recreation.
We'll progressively build your confidence and physical capacity, adjusting your rehabilitation as you improve and working towards a return to the activities that matter most to you.
Not everyone can make it into the clinic, but that doesn't mean rehabilitation has to stop.
Our online rehabilitation service provides individualised exercise programming, video consultations, technique reviews and ongoing support to help you rebuild strength, improve confidence and work towards getting back to the activities that matter to you.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I combine my background in exercise science, injury rehabilitation and strength training to help people manage persistent pain, recover from injuries and build their physical capacity.
I believe rehabilitation should go beyond simply reducing symptoms. My approach focuses on understanding your situation, developing a clear plan and progressively rebuilding your strength, movement and confidence.
Whether you're looking to return to the gym, get back to sport or move more comfortably in everyday life, we'll work towards the goals that matter most to you.
Whether you're managing persistent pain, recovering from an injury or looking to rebuild your strength and confidence, let's work towards your goals.
